Could anyone other than 6’5” John Cleese have got away with being in this Ministry? Replicated, in part, during his outrageous German goosestep in Fawlty Towers, we know that if ever silly walking became an Olympic sport, we’d have a potential medal winner here.

John Cleese, in my opinion is the best comedian in the world. I loved him in Fawlty Towers, but Monty Python wasnt “up my street”. The Ministry of funny walks was funny, but not as funny as Basil Fawlty.

Never got Monty Python but this is one of the few sketches that I did snigger at.
I’m not a monty python fan – though loads of my friends are. I just don’t get it!!
My hubby loved it, but not my cuppa tea! lol
