If they can do something new and fresh then it might work but I have a feeling it will seem dated. It might just be me but their old material just doesn't seem that funny anymore.

I won't be looking forward to French and Saunders reuniting. They are well past their sell-by dates and there are much better, quirkier and funnier comics about these days. Comedy is a tough game, if you're out of it for too long then you lose your place!

I was lucky enough to see the farewell tour and am glad they are doing a radio set as they are really funny ♥

Didn't know they'd 'retired'. I used to think they were funny in the 80's so we'll have to see if they've still got it or if they should have stayed away...

I loved their early stuff, but the later stuff just wasn't really funny. I would like to think they'll be fresh with new things, but I guess only time will tell.

They weren't funny then, and they won't be funnny now. Also wary of people comparing me to Dawn French - no way am I as big as her. Cheek!

I like Dawn French but the two of them together didn't tickle my funny bone, so I could do without it.
