I wasn't the only one to miss it happening - if Dermot hadn't of said anything I wouldn't have seen it! He should have tried harder to make a statement - perhaps an inflatable pineapple would have been better and funnier.

I actually thought it was part of John & Edward's act! I definately dont find them nor the Calvin Harris stunt funny.

Ummmm......had the potential to be funny. Calvin harris wasted an opportunity in my view, he could have done something a bit more daring than just run on stage with a pineapple on his head so it probable turned out to be not funny!

missed that it was a protest altogether the fact is that with JEdwards act I have been tending to expect silliness so it was n't until later that I realised about it. I didn't laugh . Jedward seem to be a "grower" the others are a bit mundane but you can see the potential for a 6- 9 month run of hits then obscurity which is why they are still in. Calvin could have made his point clearer in a different format.

Nah, it was just stupid...sort of thing you did when you were 17 and drunk! Just a bit of cringeworthy publicity seeking. Not that you saw much of it mind you, it was only afterwards you realised what had happened but anything that gives the comedy duo of dumb and dumber...sorry Jedward! anymore undeserved media attention and air time is a tragic thing. Calvin Harris you should be shot!

No, it wasn't funny. Unfortunately, this is the problem with the X Factor and anything vaguely associated with it, it's not funny, it's barely entertaining and it's basically cringe inducing!!

I, for one, love Jedward. I think some people forget that they are 2 young boys who are living their dream. I never really had an opinion on Calvin before but now I just think he is a to*ser. The only thing he did manage to achieve is getting the twins more publicity, column space and air time which is all good for them.

I would much rather be entertained every week by Jedward than some loser who is never going to make it.

Unfunny. I didn't notice either. The judges mentioned it and I had to rewind the sky+ to see what they were talking about. Will miss the entertainment of Jedward - now, THEY were funny!
